REPRODUCIBILITY_POSTPROCESSING.zip contains data and scripts used to produce all figures from for the associated manuscript submitted for peer review ( see section on Citations below )

The folders stand for the three case studies presented in the manuscript. Two case studies (case Ia and case Ib) are on simulations in Antarctica and one case study case II is for simulations in the Alps.

The associated data in the form of netcdf files or text files were produced using CRYOWRF v1.0

Apart from reproducibility, the intention of sharing these scripts is also to make it easy for new users to adopt CRYOWRF and be efficient, in particular in processing snowpack outputs.

The scripts were tested on multiple machines (different OSes) with the attached YAML file (wrf_analysis.yml) to setup the conda environment. All scripts were run using spyder as the IDE.
