Description
This dataset presents the annual figures for adult convictions for a misdemeanour or felony under the Foreign Nationals and Integration Act (FNIA), according to the offence, the criminal authority (cantonal, federal or military court), the characteristics of the convicted person [gender, age, citizenship (Swiss or foreign by residence status)] and the year of the conviction, since 2007.
